How Do I Consign My Clothes? No appointment is necessary to drop off items. All consigned items must be dry cleaned, pressed, smoke-free, free of defects and on hangers. It is your responsibility to eliminate items with visible defects such as tears or stains before consigning them. We reserve the right to donate any item found to have noticeable defects. You can receive a donation receipt for these items. All clothing must be in current season and style. Spring and summer consignment is accepted in March through August and Fall and winter consignment is accepted in September through February.The consigned price is set by Celebrity Encore and is based on the condition, age and original retail price of the garment. We do not guarantee any prices. Revisions of the asking price may be made at the store's discretion.. Each month we will mail you a statement detailing what we have sold for you and how much it sold for. Consignors will receive 40% of the selling price. Checks are mailed monthly or can be picked up at the store. The term of the Consignment Agreement is for 90 days. Items may be reduced 20% after 30 days, 50% after 60 days and after the third month, may be donated. Items not picked up after 90 days become property of Celebrity Encore and can be donated to a charity of our choice. Donation receipts are available upon request.
